Role Overview

We are hiring UK-based candidates looking to relocate to Dubai and start a career in Dubai real estate sales. This is a trainee Residential Sales Broker role, ideal for ambitious individuals with a sales mindset who want to be trained and developed within a professional Dubai brokerage. No prior Dubai real estate experience is required, as full training and ongoing mentorship are provided.

You will learn how to generate listings, work with buyers and sellers, manage property viewings, negotiate deals, and close residential property transactions across Dubai’s fast-growing real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn to source residential properties and generate new sales listings across Dubai

• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers

• Conduct property viewings and match properties to client requirements

• Advise clients on pricing, market trends, and sales strategies

• Negotiate terms and assist in closing residential property sales

• Work towards individual sales targets with full support and guidance

• Maintain accurate records and activity within the CRM system
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Background in sales, customer service, recruitment, telesales, or business development preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Highly motivated, target-driven, and career-focused

• Willingness to relocate from the UK to Dubai

• RERA certification and Dubai real estate training provided
