We are looking for an Experienced Sales Broker/Team Leader in Dubai South 


Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Residential Sales Broker to help build a Dubai South team. To start you will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities, advising buyers and sellers, managing the full sales cycle, and closing residential property transactions across Dubai’s dynamic real estate market.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source residential properties and generate new sales listings

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and developers

  • Conduct property viewings and present properties aligned with client requirements

  • Advise clients on pricing, market conditions, and sales strategies

  • Negotiate terms and successfully close residential sales transactions

  • Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales targets

  • Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM system

Required Skills & Experience

  • Ideally a strong track record in sales and deal closure in Dubai South

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills

  • Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially focused

  • RERA certification (provided)
