We are looking for Leasing Brokers

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Leasing Brokers to join our residential real estate team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating leasing opportunities, advising landlords and tenants, and closing commercial leasing transactions across a diverse property portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and manage commercial leasing opportunities across office, retail, and industrial sectors

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and corporate clients

• Conduct property viewings and present leasing options aligned with client requirements

• Negotiate lease terms and successfully close transactions

• Achieve and exceed individual leasing targets

• Maintain accurate records and leasing activity within the CRM system
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience is not essential as full training is provided

• Understanding of leasing processes and market trends

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client management skills

• Highly driven, organised, and target-focused

• RERA certification (provided)
