We are looking for Conveyancer 

Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Conveyancer to join our residential real estate team. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end conveyancing process for property transactions, ensuring all legal documentation, compliance requirements, and timelines are handled efficiently through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential property conveyancing files from instruction to completion

• Prepare, review, and process contracts, transfer documents, and legal paperwork

• Liaise with buyers, sellers, developers, agents, banks, and government authorities

• Ensure compliance with Dubai Land Department (DLD) regulations and procedures

• Coordinate transaction timelines and resolve issues to ensure smooth completions

• Maintain accurate records and case updates within internal systems
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in conveyancing or property legal support preferred

• Strong understanding of Dubai property transfer processes (off-plan and secondary)

• High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously
