We are looking for a Commercial Broker

Role Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Commercial Broker to join our growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for generating new business, advising clients on commercial property solutions, and closing high-value transactions across the commercial real estate market.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and convert new commercial property opportunities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and investors

• Advise clients on leasing and sales strategies across office, retail, and industrial sectors

• Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Maintain accurate records and pipeline activity within the CRM

• Stay informed on market trends and commercial property activity in Dubai
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Direct experience is not necessary as full training is provided

• Strong track record in business development and closing 

• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-focused

• RERA certification (provided)
